Have you ever tried to get past a Touch ‘n Go barrier only to discover that you can’t cos a system issue? It may be frustrating for most, but one man in a sarong got so angry over the problem that he allegedly decided to assault a toll attendant.
In a two-minute, twenty-second dashcam video posted by X user @update11111, a 35-year-old man becomes extremely frustrated and agitated when he couldn't drive past the toll gate, even though his MyKad, which was linked to Touch ‘n Go, has sufficient balance.
The man, who was interestingly wearing a sarong, decided to exit his vehicle to confront the toll booth attendant. However, things escalated out of control when the verbal dispute turned into a physical altercation. The man started punching the attendant, and bystanders had to step in to stop them.

According to NST, the incident occurred at Taman Perling in Johor Bahru at 1:15 pm on 29 September. Both men sustained minor injuries and lodged police reports the following day. The case is being investigated as an affray, which could result in a penalty of up to six months imprisonment, an RM1,000 fine, or both.
Johor Baru (South) police chief Assistant Commissioner Balveer Singh advised the public to stay calm during disputes and seek peaceful solutions to avoid unnecessary confrontations.
The caption of the X video hilariously read, “(He fought) until his sarong nearly slipped off. Go and fight somewhere else, some people want to go through.”

What a crazy experience it must've been for the toll attendant.
